The work consists of the construction of MSW landfill Cell Nos. 6A & 6B at the Thomasville/Sunset Drive MSW Landfill, City of Thomasville, Georgia. The project includes earthwork, erosion control, composite liner construction, geosynthetics installation, protective cover and leachate collection system, stormwater, and a perimeter access road. Question Deadline 04/15/2026 at 12:00 PM ET The deadline for receipt of questions via email to Mr. Dalton Chapman Bidders are to furnish all materials, labor, equipment, and perform all required work. Bids must be sealed and clearly marked. Bids must include a Certified Check or Bid Bond of at least ten percent of the bid. Required bid documents include the Bid Form, Bid Bond, Statement of Bidder's Qualifications, and Contractor's Oath and Non-collusion Affidavit of Subcontractor. Payment and Performance Bonds, each for one hundred percent of the contract amount, are required. Bidders should review insurance requirements in the Supplementary Conditions and ensure compliance. The majority of the work does not require a licensed utility contractor. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, re-advertise, and/or award the contract in the City's best interest.
