**As of February 11, 2026, the owner has selected a Design Builder. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The project involves the selection of a Design/Build team to provide professional park and infrastructure design services, pre-construction consulting services, and construction services for the Paradise Park Phase II Project for the City of Thomasville. Proposers are required to submit their proposals in accordance with the instructions outlined, which include restrictions on communication with Selection Committee or Owner staff except as specified, delivery of proposals to a specified address, and submission of a Certified Check or Bid Bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the proposal amount. Upon award, a separate Payment and Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract will be required. All bonding and insurance documents must be executed or counter-signed by a licensed resident agent of the surety or insurance company in the State of Georgia. Proposals cannot be withdrawn for sixty days after the scheduled closing time for submissions. Bidders must review insurance requirements with their provider to ensure compliance with all requirements.
