Reference Number 0000417475 This project consists of the demolition and removal of four (4) existing portable classroom buildings and associated site improvements located within the limits of work for a future campus development at Lexington Elementary School. Work includes disconnection and capping of existing utilities, removal of foundations, ramps, and appurtenances, and site restoration as required to prepare for subsequent construction. This project is submitted under DSA Application No. 03-122323 and serves as an enabling phase for a larger modernization project, which includes the construction of a new two-story, 26-classroom building under a separate DSA application. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, architectural demolition, structural removal of existing elements, and coordination with civil, electrical, and mechanical disciplines for utility disconnections and site restoration.
