General Contractors are required to prequalify prior to bidding or performing work. Pre-qualification requirements: General Contractors must prequalify according to the process described at UAbidinfo.ua.edu. Prequalification submissions must be received by the specified deadline. The prequalification process is only applicable to General Contractors.
