Demolition and site work for a civil project in Mandan, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel.

The project consists of the removal of a timber bridge structure, installation of 2-double cell 11'x8'x84' precast concrete box culverts, grading and incidentals. All other improvements as shown and described in the Drawings and Specifications. Bids shall be based upon cash payment for these general items. Bids will be received as a Unit Price bid for General Construction. The Owner intends to award the Bid on the basis of the low bid submitted by a responsible and responsive bidder for the aggregate sum of all bid items. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any informalities. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a separate envelope containing a Bidder's Bond in a sum equal to five percent (5%) of the full amount of the Bid, executed by the Bidder as principal and by a surety company authorized to do business in this state. All Bidders shall have a valid North Dakota Contractor's license of the appropriate Class for the work. Bidders shall enclose a copy of the license or Certificate of Renewal in the same envelope as the Bidder's Bond. Receipt of all Addenda issued during bidding shall be acknowledged by the Bidder on the outside of the Bid Envelope. No Bid will be read or considered unless it fully complies with the Bond and license requirements. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish both a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the full amount of the Contract. All Work under this Contract shall be Substantially Completed by October 30, 2026. Final Completion of all Work shall be achieved by November 13, 2026. Question Deadline 04/09/2026
