Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Mandan, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.

The project consists of bridge replacement with a double 14' x 9' RCBC with end sections, grading, riprap, and incidentals. Bids must be submitted on the basis of a cash payment for work, enclosed in a sealed envelope designated for 'Bridge Replacement Structure 30-145-11.0.' Bids must be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond for five percent of the full amount of the bid, executed by the Bidder as Principal and by a Surety Company authorized in North Dakota. The successful bidder will be required to execute a contract within ten days of the Notice of Award, including a Contractor's Bond as required by Section 48-01.2-10 of the North Dakota Century Code. All bidders must be licensed for the highest amount of their bids per Section 43-07-07 of the North Dakota Century Code, and a copy of this license or certificate of renewal must be included in the bid bond envelope. The owner retains the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality. Work will commence upon specification by the owner, with Notice to Proceed issued at least ten days in advance. The bidder must submit a proposed construction schedule with their bid. Construction may begin as early as May 26, 2026, and must be substantially complete by August 15, 2026 due to the proximity of Sweet Briar School.
