The project includes work on the following street sections identified in the documents and provided maps: 136th Street, Canyon View Dr, Clearview Dr, Granite St, Valley Dr, J Street, Miley St, 7th Street, Rock Creek Dr, Southern Hills Ter, Sone Lane, and Kay Street. Alternative bid quantities are outlined for Kenneth Bernard Park - 2nd Ring, Mary Street Southfork St, and Ash Ct & Ash Ln Blueberry Cr. Asphaltic Concrete Overlay (BM-2) or HMA , Edge / Header Milling (0" to 2") , Full Section Milling (2"), Milling (2" w/ Petromat), Manhole Adjustment (post-overlay) ,Concrete Curb & Gutter (Match exist.- Type A Typ.) , Concrete Sidewalk/Driveway Repair ALTERNATE #2 - Ash, Southfork, Blueberry Asphaltic Concrete Overlay (BM-2) or HMA , Milling (2") ,Concrete Curb Inlet Transition (6' min. length) , Concrete Curb & Gutter , Pavement Marking Crosswalk Bar ALTERNATE #3 - KBP Parking Lot Mobilzation - Alternate, Traffic Control , Asphaltic Concrete Overlay (BM-2) or HMA , Edge / Header Milling (0" to 2") Bids must be submitted on the provided forms and include all required information, either in the entire Specification Book or using the enclosed forms. All bids must comply with requirements regarding Bid Bonds, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Title VI requirements, and other bidding conditions. Bids should be sealed, addressed to the City Clerk of Lansing, Kansas, and clearly marked with the bidder's name and City Project Number. A certified check, cashier's check, or acceptable bid bond of not less than 5% must accompany all bids. Question Deadline 04/07/2026 Bidder may submit to the Engineer a written request for the interpretation thereof 48 hours prior to the time established for the opening of bids.right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in bids.
