A/E Part One services are required to support the design phase for correcting and modernizing HVAC systems within procedural spaces and isolation rooms at the John Cochran VA Medical Center. The work includes site visits, field investigations, studies, and user interviews to update drawings, specifications, and cost estimates across all applicable disciplines and trades in support of a future construction project. The design effort will address deficiencies and update multiple HVAC systems within procedural rooms to ensure compliance with Veterans Health Administration design criteria. The design team shall provide all necessary architectural and engineering design services, cost estimating, and construction period services required to upgrade the identified spaces. The anticipated duration for completion of the design phase is approximately 580 calendar days, inclusive of Department of Veterans Affairs review periods. Location: John Cochran VA Medical Center, 915 North Grand Boulevard, St. Louis, MO 63106. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
