Bidders must be on the Plan-holders list to submit a bid or receive any addenda. Out-of-area bidders may email requests to receive plans and specifications to Purchasing@city.cleveland.oh.us. In the email request, include your companys UPS Account number, full companys name and address, companys contact/representative full name, contact telephone number, facsimile telephone number, and email address. The UPS delivery charges for the plans and specifications will be billed to the bidders company UPS account number provided. Bid must be delivered to the Office of the Commissioner of Purchases and Supplies, Cleveland City Hall, 601 Lakeside Avenue, Room 128, Cleveland, Ohio 44114 before 12 oclock noon (Eastern Time). Scope of Work: This project consists of replacing 2,282 feet of sanitary main sewer, and 2,255 feet of storm main sewer on Woodbury Avenue between Rocky River Drive and West 162 Street. The contractor is required to submit as-built plans and a video copy of the new sewers at the completion of the project. The contractor is required to obtain a street opening permit prior to the sewer excavation. Medium Set (MS) Concrete is to be used for Pavement Restoration under Item 400. The last day for questions will be five (5) business days following the non-mandatory pre-bid meeting, by the close of business.
