The City of Cleveland Division of Architecture and Site Development (DASD) is seeking proposals for general Owner's Representation and Construction Cost Estimation Services on various public improvements on an as-needed basis. The selected consultant will provide professional services to support and partner with the DASD’s in-house staff, including assessing, identifying capital repair, renovation and/or replacement, designing and documenting project scopes of work, managing, and preparing detailed cost estimates. The intent is to award one consultant a contract for On-Call Professional Services (OCPS) valued at $300,000. The prime contract holder is expected to provide team leadership and project management for all services, follow and/or implement all City standards and processes, coordinate the work, and conduct internal peer review and evaluation of its work before issuance. Proposals must adhere strictly to the City’s guidelines and processes. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive irregularities, or modify provisions at its discretion.
