Renovation of an educational facility in Everett, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The City of Everett is seeking proposals for a Comprehensive Pre-Renovation Hazmat Inspection, Remediation & Removal Plan & Cost Estimate for the Pope High School at 888 Broadway, Everett, MA. Proposers are required to submit sealed bids in accordance with M.G.L. c. 30B, _5. Specifications, bid documents, and instructions will be available via download on the city's website. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to register as a plan holder. All addendum will be posted to the City's website. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities when deemed in the best interest of the City. All responses received after the submittal date and time will be judged unacceptable and returned unopened to the sender.
