Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Binghamton, New York. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
For the following contracts: Contract No. 1 - Building Demolition - The Project includes site renovations and improvements, new sanitary system, masonry restoration, window and roof replacement, interior renovations and upgrades, fire alarm replacement and upgrades, mechanical renovations and upgrades, plumbing renovations and upgrades, and electrical renovations and upgrades. Each Bidder must deposit a Bid Security. As bid security, each proposal shall be accompanied by Certified Check or Bid Bond made out to Owner, The Binghamton City School District reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bids received, or to reject all Bids without explanation.
