The project involves the replacement of the HVAC system in the boys and girls locker rooms at Yosemite Middle School, with the addition of a makeup air system for both locker rooms and the installation of split units in the coaches' offices. The scope includes the demolition of the existing HVAC system and associated paint and patch work on walls. Prime Contractors must possess a valid Class "B" Contractor's License. All bids must include a certified check, cashier's check, or bidder's bond in an amount not less than ten percent of the total bid amount.
