Each Proposal Shall Be Accompanied by (1) a Bid Bond or Certified Cashier's Check Payable to the Owner Equal to 10% of the Amount of the Bid, but in No Case to Exceed $20,000 Pursuant to N.j.s.a. 18a:18a-24, and (2) Certificate of Consent of Surety Pursuant to N.j.s.a. 18a:18a-25, Obligating the Issuing Surety Company to Provide the Bidder and Its Subcontractors, if Successful, With a Nj Statutory Performance Bond and a Nj Statutory Payment Bond Each in the Full Amount of the Contract.
