Description

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Saint Joseph, Missouri. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The City of St. Joseph, MO is requesting a Statement of Qualifications from qualified firms interested in providing professional services including, but not limited to, planning, preliminary consultation, complete design services, and construction management/services for the construction of a new Emergency Operations Center (EOC). Bid proposals must be submitted electronically through the City of St. Joseph's electronic bidding system. No paper, emailed, or faxed submissions will be accepted. The City of St. Joseph reserves the right to reject any or all bids and is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
