Renovation of an educational facility in Riverside, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Riverside County Superintendent of Schools is seeking sealed bids for the Grindstaff II - HVAC Replacement Project. The project must be completed within 30 calendar days. Bidders must review the Bid Documents for complete information regarding the project and submission requirements. The construction estimate is $215,000.00. Contractor and subcontractors are required to pay prevailing wage. A mandatory pre-bid job walk is required for all contractors. Bids must be addressed, sealed, and received by the Contracts and Purchasing Services. Contractors must hold a California contractor's license classification B-General Building Contractor and C-20 Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning Contractor. Subcontractors must possess appropriate licenses for each specialty subcontracted. Failure to have the specified license or licenses will render the bid non-responsive and bar the award of the contract.
