New Doors And Windows Highland Park Asian Community Center - Windows/Doors The City of Toledo Department of Public Services and Facility Operations is soliciting bids to remove the existing doors and windows and replace them with brand new ones at the Highland Park Asian Community Center. The building was built in 1995 and the windows and doors are original. Bidders are required to submit responses electronically, including line items, city paperwork, annual paperwork, project paperwork, a bid guaranty of 2.5%, a signed construction contract, a tax exemption certificate, and any additional uploads if needed. The project is awarded as a lump sum and falls under categories such as building construction services, door and window installation, maintenance, and repair, and carpentry.
