Proposals are requested for parking lot maintenance at three schools, including all labor, materials, equipment, and services incidental and implied for completion of the project. Proposals must be fully sealed, reference the specified RFP number on the outside of the package, and be received by the due date. A mandatory pre-proposal site visit is required for eligibility to submit a proposal. Proposals must be signed by an authorized official and include identification of HUB Certified/Minority Business Participation, as well as the appropriate affidavits. Evaluation will be based on completeness, content, experience with similar projects, the ability of the offeror and its staff, and cost. Asheville City Schools reserves the right to reject any or all offers in its best interest.
