Bids are requested for stormwater improvements within the Town Right of Way at 600 Church Street for the Town of Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Bids must be submitted electronically and received by the specified deadline. The email subject line for bid responses must reference the project and include the company name. Prospective bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid conference, with an optional site visit immediately following. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is a prerequisite for bid consideration; absence will result in disqualification. All requests for interpretations related to the project must be submitted in writing by the specified date. The Town of Chapel Hill reserves the right to reject any or all bids for any reason or to accept the bid most favorable to the Town. All requests for interpretations related to this RFB must be submitted in writing to the Project Manager at jhuggins@chapelhillnc.gov by 5:00 P.M. on April 8, 2026. All responses to timely submitted requests for interpretations will be published in the form of an addendum on the Town's website on April 13, 2026. The Town is seeking a qualified construction contractor to install stormwater piping and drainage structure installation and improvement within the Right of Way (ROW) of 600 Church Street in Chapel Hill.
