The contract is for providing annual low voltage repair and/or replacement services on an as-needed basis. The magnitude of work will be determined by individual work orders, usually less than $100,000 each, but potentially larger. The contract may be awarded for up to five years, with a not-to-exceed cumulative amount of $5,000,000. Specific terms, submission requirements, and bonding requirements are included in the contract documents. Contractors must submit qualification packages and be deemed qualified to submit quotes or bids for future work orders under the contract. There are no bid security or public construction bond requirements for qualification packages; bonding requirements for each work order will be specified at the time of the bid or quote request. Pre-qualification requirements: At the time of submission, the contractor must possess all professional licenses or certifications required by the State of Florida and/or Palm Beach County for low voltage repair and/or replacements. Packages must be submitted on county-provided forms.
