Renovation of a military facility in Port Hueneme, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to repair the existing electrical system as indicated in the specifications at the Channel Islands Air National Guard Station. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed and must include the IFB number and the Contractor Business Name. Prospective bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid job walk and arrive at least 15 minutes early, bringing business cards. Failure to arrive on time or remain for the entire pre-bid job walk may result in disqualification. The Prime Contractor must possess a type C-10 Electrical Contractor license, or alternatively a valid B General Building Contractor license provided that all electrical work is subcontracted to a licensed C-10 Electrical Contractor.
