Interior renovation of dorm and classroom areas, approximately 134,181 square feet, including demolition of existing carpet, wallpaper, and ceramic tile flooring. New work includes first floor concrete floor leveling, painting of interior walls, installation of wall protection, carpet tile, and luxury vinyl plank. The project will be completed in multiple phases in conjunction with new furniture, fixtures, and equipment installation. Bids are to be received from prime contractors on a lump sum basis for the total project. All phases of work are to be bid to and through the prime contracting firms. Bids must be submitted in accordance with the conditions and specifications, using the official bid document form supplied. Failure to comply with the bid requirements will invalidate the bid.
