Renovation of an educational facility in Richmond, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This invitation is for renovation in the Whitlock building 1st floor area as specified in the following bid at Eastern Kentucky University's Richmond Campus. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for the complete renovation including all items as indicated throughout the attached event specifications. Substantial Date for Completion: Sixty (60) calendar days after the Start Date stated in the Written Purchase Order. Final Date for Completion: Seventy Five (75) calendar days after the Start Date stated in the Written Purchase Order. Liquidated Damages: - $200 per day until SubstantialCompletion - $100 per day until FinalCompletion Question Deadline 04/01/2026 at 2:00 PM ET Submit via online. Bid bond of 5% is required and must be submitted with bid. Full payment and performance bonds will be required for awarded Contractor. Eastern Kentucky University reserves the right to award in part or in whole and to award multiple suppliers/contracts if in the best interest of the university.
