Design-build construction of a new Small Arms Ammunition Magazine at Blue Grass Army Depot, consisting of a 170,000 square foot ammunition storehouse for small arms ammunition and a munitions surveillance workshop, including all required egress components. The work includes loading docks, ramps, lightning protection systems, cybersecurity measures, and connection to Energy Monitoring and Control Systems. Sustainability and energy enhancement measures are required, along with a self-contained heating system. Supporting facilities include utilities such as water, sewer, gas, and electric service; site lighting; organizational parking; access roads; paving; sidewalks; storm drainage; information systems; and associated site improvements. The project also includes comprehensive interior building features and furnishings related to interior design services, full accessibility for individuals with disabilities, and design to a minimum 40-year facility life in accordance with applicable Unified Facilities Criteria, incorporating energy efficiency, building envelope performance, and integrated building systems. The Contract Duration is one thousand (1000) calendar days from Contract Notice to Proceed.
