Section A - Rehabilitate Main Apron Pavement Section B - Rehabilitate North Apron Pavement Sealed bids will be received by the Scioto County Airport Authority at the Greater Portsmouth Regional Airport for the following work: Section A - Rehabilitate Main Apron Pavement and Section B - Rehabilitate North Apron Pavement. Bidders must obtain Contract Documents from Stantec Consulting Services Inc. and be listed on the bid register to submit a bid. Bids must be submitted on Proposal Forms contained in the Contract Documents and accompanied by either a combined "Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond" for 100 percent of the bid, or by a certified or cashier's check for 10 percent of the bid, with a separate Contract Bond for 100 percent of the contract required from the successful bidder. The work is subject to federal and state requirements, including but not limited to Civil Rights, Fair Labor Standards, Occupational Health and Safety, Anti-Kickback Act, Davis Bacon Requirements, Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, and other regulations specified in the Special Provisions. Award will be made to the lowest and best bidder meeting all requirements, with the right reserved to waive informalities or reject any or all proposals.
