Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in North Manheim Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
The project generally consists of installing shotcrete to the existing stone arch culvert on Briar Road. Bidders are directed to ensure that bid submissions are complete as required by the specifications; incomplete submissions may be deemed non-responsive. All bidders must furnish bid security, Performance Bonds, Payment Bonds and evidence of insurance coverage as required by the Contract Documents. The wages paid on this project will be subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act as amended and supplemented. North Manheim Township reserves the right to waive any informalities in, or to reject any or all Bids, and to delete any item or portion of an item without affecting the bids on the remaining items or portion of items.
