Site work and paving for a road / highway in Glenmoore, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
**As of April 29,2026, project was awarded to Martin Paving Inc., awarded amount is $115,954.45.** Bids will be accepted electronically via the PennBid Program. All construction and materials must meet current PA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION SPECIFICATIONS. All proposals must be on forms provided in the PennBid system. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid amount, made payable to Wallace Township, with the bond or a scan of the check to be uploaded to PennBid. The apparent lower bidder will be required to provide the original copy of the check within three days of bid opening. The successful bidder must furnish the required documents as listed in the specification within ten (10) days after the contract has been awarded. The project must be substantially completed by August 31, 2026, and final completion must be on or before September 30, 2026. Bids may not be modified, withdrawn, or canceled within sixty days following the date for receipt of bids without prior written consent from Wallace Township. Wallace Township reserves the right to waive any informalities, irregularities, defects, errors, or omissions in any or all bids and to reject any or all bids. Wallace Township has complete discretion to award a contract or not to any bidder based on criteria it deems relevant. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or a portion of any or all proposals. Question Deadline 04/02/2026 at 1:00 PM ET Final questions must be submitted electronically via the PennBid program by this time and date. T-458 Lippitt Road - The work area includes the portion of the road from the township line to SR 82, approximately 22 feet wide and 1300 feet long. T-500 Glen Manor Lane - The work area includes the full length of the road, approximately 22 feet wide and 900 feet long and a 90 feet diameter cul-de-sac. T-501 Arrow Point Drive - The work area includes the full length of the road, approximately 22 feet wide and 1560 feet long and a 100 feet diameter cul-de-sac. T-516 Bassett Hunt Lane - The work area includes the full length of the road, approximately 22 feet wide and 710 feet long and a 100 feet diameter cul-de-sac. Seminary Road - The work area includes the full length of the road, approximately 19 feet wide and 1470 feet long and a 100 feet diameter cul-de-sac T-496 Park Lane - The work area includes the length of the road from the intersection with Creek Road, west, around the tear drop , approximately 18 feet wide and 810 feet long. DESCRIPTION Furnish and install 9.5mm Superpave 64-22 90# leveling course to the cul-de-sac of Glen Manor Lane and the entire road surface of Seminary Road. Furnish and install double seal coat on all road surfaces described above.
