Remodeling of an office development in Devens, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 12,500-square-foot office development.
Project includes removal and disposal of existing carpet; and labor only for the installation of approximately 12,500 square feet of carpet tiles in MassDevelopments Devens MA office building. Mobilization will be expected within 7 days of bid closing. Sealed bids must be submitted no later than 2PM on Thursday, 4/8/2026 to the MassDevelopment offices, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Late bids will not be considered. MassDevelopment reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Award of the contract for the work contemplated by this IFB may be subject to the approval of the MassDevelopment Board of Directors.
