Renovation of a military facility in Devens, Massachusetts. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The work consists of removing and replacing failed rubberized roof sealant on Building 3574. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, and transportation necessary to complete the project. The scope includes removal and proper disposal of existing rubberized sealant from the under-eave roof perimeter, preparation of all affected surfaces, and installation of new rubberized roof sealant over an approximate external surface area of 270 to 300 square feet. The contractor is responsible for daily cleanup and disposal of all debris, rubbish, and excess materials from Government property in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. All work must be performed in compliance with the USACE Safety and Health Requirements Manual (EM 385-1-1). Access to elevated work areas is required, and the use of a scissor lift is anticipated to reach the required height. Location: Building 3574 (TASC), Devens Reserve Forces Training Area, Main Cantonment Area, Devens, MA 01434. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
