The project work consists of full depth roadway reclamation and resurfacing, construction of new pervious sidewalks, installation of new underground utilities (water, sewer, electric, street lights, and communication), removal of the existing utility systems (including removal and disposal of asbestos water main), construction of new stormwater collection and management system, landscaping, and grading. Bidders must be pre-qualified in MA DOT Highway Construction. MassDevelopment reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Award of the contract for the work may be subject to the approval of the MassDevelopment Board of Directors.
