Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and transportation necessary to remove and replace the existing failed under-eave rubberized roof sealant on Building 3574. Work includes complete removal of the existing sealant, thorough surface preparation to ensure the area is clean, dry, and free of debris or residue, and installation of new commercial-grade rubberized sealant uniformly across the approximately 270 to 300 square foot under-eave perimeter. The contractor shall furnish required equipment, including a scissor lift, and ensure proper application in accordance with manufacturer instructions and industry standards. The project also requires submission of a rubberized roof sealant replacement plan, warranty management plan, manufacturer's instructions, operations and maintenance data, and a detailed cost breakdown within ten business days after Notice to Proceed. All work shall comply with Davis-Bacon Act wage requirements, and performance shall be completed within 20 working days following issuance of the Notice to Proceed, with work commencing only after submittal approval and completion of the pre-construction conference.
