The purpose is the procurement of Emergency Dispatch Services in support of the Directorate of Emergency Services (DES), United States Army Garrison (USAG) Fort Devens, MA 01434-4429. Required Emergency Dispatch Services will assist the Fort Devens DES by routing calls through the local switchboard requiring Fire, Police, and/or Ambulance services to respond depending on the nature of the call received. The Nashoba Valley Regional Dispatch District will provide emergency 9-1-1 services, including monitoring all 9-1-1 phone calls from the Fort Devens installation, dispatching patrol cars to the recorded addresses of these calls, and dispatching ambulances and fire services as needed. All work shall be performed in accordance with Attachment 0001 - Performance Work Statement (PWS). Quotes shall include the offeror's CAGE Code, Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), Federal Tax Identification Number (TIN), and any small business preference or socioeconomic concern under the applicable NAICS code. The offerors shall submit a price for each FFP Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) for the base period and option periods on the SF1449 Continuation Sheets of the solicitation. Offerors are required to complete specific blocks in the forms, submit a signed SF1449, acknowledge any resulting amendments, provide point of contact information, submit pricing in the proper format, include a valid Certificate of Insurance as required, complete all relevant form 'fill-ins,' and, if applicable, complete Standard Form LLL, 'Disclosure of Lobbying Activities.' Failure to provide required information may result in being deemed non-responsive and ineligible for award.
