Renovation of a military facility in Devens, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Range Target Trench - Fort Devens, MA Commercial construction services are required for the construction of Range Target Trenches for Range X-Ray 1 and Range X-Ray 2 at the Devens RFTA South Post Range Complex. Work shall be performed in accordance with the Specifications of Work, project drawings, Davis-Bacon wage decision, Construction Cost Breakdown Form, and all other incorporated solicitation attachments. The requirement is being acquired as a firm-fixed-price commercial construction effort using FAR Part 12 procedures with applicable construction requirements under FAR Part 36 and DFARS Part 236. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and related resources necessary to complete the required construction work in compliance with the provided specifications and contract requirements. Location: Installation PBO, Warehouse Building 3574, 12 Feinberg Street, Devens, MA 01434-4429.
