AMENDMENT 0005 - The purpose of this Amendment 0005 is to post the Questions and Answers document and to extend the due date for quotes to Monday, 31 August 2026 at 3pm (EST). The requirement is for the removal and reinstallation of a new drop-ceiling grid system and tiles at Devens RFTA Building 623, Hall of Flags Conference Center, 42 Quebec Street, Devens, MA 01434. The contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, incidentals, and services required to perform and complete the work necessary to fully remove and reinstall a new drop ceiling grid system and tiles. All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via E-mail no later than 2:00 PM EST on WEDNESDAY, 29 JULY 2026 to the Contract Specialist: James Clark at James.E.Clark773. civ@army.mil and the Contracting Officer: Jasmyne Peterson at Jasmyne.C.Peterson.civ@army. mil. The questions will be answered all at once and uploaded to the Contract Opportunities website posting after the question period has ended. The Army Contracting Command- New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the United States Army Garrison (USAG) Devens Reserve Forces Training Area (RFTA) has a requirement for the removal and reinstallation of a new drop ceiling grid system and tiles for Building 623 located at Devens RFTA Hall of Flags Conference Center, 42 Quebec Street, Devens, MA 01434. The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, incidentals, and services required to perform and complete the work necessary remove and reinstall a new drop ceiling grid system and tiles for Building 623. The contractor shall perform to the standards in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), as well as all local, state and federal regulations. Quotes will only be considered from 8(a) situated firms who have an approved business plan on file and serviced by the Small Business Administration (SBA) Massachusetts District Office.
