The scope of work includes the performance of commercial construction services for Delta Range Grenade Pits on the Main Cantonment of the United States Army Garrison (USAG) Fort Devens, MA. All work must comply with the solicitation, the list of drawing sheets, the Specifications of Work, drawings, Davis-Bacon wage decision, Construction Form, and any additional attachments incorporated into the solicitation or resulting award. Bidders are instructed to submit a completed and signed Standard Form 1442, Attachment 0004 (Contractor Cost Breakdown) in Microsoft Excel format with intact formulas, acknowledgment of all amendments, proof of active System for Award Management (SAM) registration, line item pricing as identified in the solicitation and Attachment 0004, and agreement to comply with the incorporated Davis-Bacon wage decision. Site visits are optional but highly encouraged, and all questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted in writing to the contracting officer and contract specialist. The contracting officer will review late questions on a case-by-case basis and determine whether a response is necessary to maintain the integrity of the acquisition and protect the Government's interests.
