The work consists of full-depth Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) patching and HMA resurfacing on various streets within the Town limits. Limited full-depth HMA patching is included at locations to be verified and approved by the Engineer. The scope includes street cleaning, surface preparation, sweeping, full-depth HMA patching, microsurfacing, and crack sealing of designated street segments. Projects are defined by street sections and specific required work for each, such as surface milling, pavement removal, undercutting, stone aggregate placement, and installation of new pavement courses. All work, materials, labor, equipment, and incidental items must be included for a complete installation. The Town reserves the right to select the lowest, most responsive and responsible quote, accept any combination of quote items, reject any or all quotes, and waive irregularities. Contractors must ensure access to driveways and for emergency responders at all times and coordinate work hours and notifications as specified. Liquidated damages will be assessed for late completion. Subcontractor and material listings are required with bid submission. Compliance with applicable insurance, safety, and state tax registration requirements is mandatory.
