**As of March 31st, 2026, no bids received, No definite date for the rebid.** This project involves repairs to an existing sanitary sewage pump station, including, but not limited to, site preparation; removal and off-site disposal of existing station components including, but not limited to, pumps, junction boxes, slide rails, level controls, and pump control panel; installation of new components, including, but not limited to, pumps, bases, slide rails, level controls, pump control panel, meters, and valves; all associated electrical work; bypass pumping; testing and start-up; and miscellaneous site restoration, complete in place. Proposals must be delivered in a sealed envelope and clearly marked with the specified project title. Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, Public Liability and Property Damage Certificates of Insurance, and Certificates of Workman's Compensation in the specified amounts must be filed with the executed Agreement. Proposals must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total Proposal as a guarantee. Proposals shall remain firm for sixty (60) days, and no Bidder may withdraw a Proposal during this period without forfeiting the Proposal guarantee. The Township reserves the right to award the Contract to the lowest responsive, qualified, and responsible Bidder and to reject any or all Proposals or any part thereof, or to award a contract for all or any portions of the work listed.
