This contract provides for the Commission to issue Work Authorizations to the Contractor to perform roadway repairs as the need arises. The contract time period will extend from the date of Notice to Proceed to April 30, 2027. The Provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act of August 15, 1961, P.L. 987, as amended, together with the rates and regulations promulgated by the Secretary of Labor and Industry applicable Network No. 7012301 2 (EN-00329-03-03) thereto, shall apply to this contract. Any questions for this project must be submitted electronically in EBS by registered business partners by noon on the Wednesday before the bid opening date. An electronic bid bond, from an approved vendor, with corporate surety, in the amount of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) must be submitted with the proposal as bid security. The bid security of the three (3) low bidders will be retained until the execution of the contract. (The normal time for execution of the contract is approximately four [4] weeks.) CONTRACT NO.
