Sealed written bids are invited for the 2026 Union Township Paving Project in Union Township, Lawrence County. Bids must be on forms provided by Frank B. Taylor Engineering, Inc. and can be obtained at their office. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond for 10% of the bid amount, payable to the Township of Union. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the project name, and delivered or mailed to the Union Township Municipal Building by May 18, 2026, no later than 8:00 AM. The bids will be opened and read at a special meeting of the Union Township Supervisors on May 18, 2026 at 8:30 AM. The Township reserves the right to accept any bid deemed in the best interest of the taxpayer and to waive any informalities or reject any or all bids. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates are required for this project. LOCATION OF WORK : Project is located on Noland Drive and Maple Circle , within the Township of Union , Lawrence County Award is subject to final approval.
