Description

Site work for a civil project in Selmer, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

SUMMARY OF THE WORK A. This project consists of the following lift station improvements: 1. Installation of a new sewer lift station at the Armory Drive site, 2. Installation of a new 6" force main at the Armory Drive site, 3. Protective coating on the new Armory Drive sewer lift station. 4. Installation of new manholes and gravity sewer lines to connect to Armory sewer lift station. 5. Site Work, Piping and Valves, and Electrical Work for a complete and functional system at each of the pumping stations listed above in items 1 - 4. 1.03 PROJECT TIME A. Substantial Completion for this project is set at 120 calendar days after the date the Contract Time commences.
