Farwell Street, P.O. Box 5148, Eau Claire, WI 54702-5148, telephone (715) 839-4957. The work to be completed under this contract is described in Section 2050. Kessler Park is located at 105 Walnut St in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. SECTION 2050 - DEMOLITION 2050.1 - DESCRIPTION The work shall consist of the removal, razing, demolition, in whole, the park shelter on the north side of the lot and the chain link fence and backstop in the southwest corner of the lot, and satisfactory disposal of structures as listed above. Site clearance shall consist of completely removing the foundation/footings, floor, concrete slabs, of the shelter and all fencing and concrete bases of the fenceposts, proper capping of utilities and services, back filling the exposed openings with clean fill. The removal of brush and trees necessary to accomplish the razing and removal of the structures and associated concrete surfaces may be considered provided written authorization is given by the City representative indicated in section 2050.2.3 or their designee. All tree and shrubbery removal will be confined within the established boundaries of the lots listed above.
