The total project length is 4.11 miles. Bidders must be experienced in this type of work and be pre-qualified with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for work in the class and amount of their bid or complete the Statement of Bidder's Qualifications included with the proposal. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of 10% of the maximum base bid amount. Bid security will be retained if the Bidder is awarded the Work and fails to execute the Contract and furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in any bid.
