The work consists of approximately 2,800 lineal feet of new street construction, including salvaging topsoil, erosion control, common excavation, water main and services, sanitary sewer and services, storm sewer, storm pond construction, grading, preparation of subbase, crushed aggregate base course, concrete curb and gutter, concrete driveway approaches, concrete sidewalk, bituminous concrete pavement, and restoration of disturbed areas. 5% bid security is required. Question Deadline 05/15/2026 The prospective Bidders, after careful examination of the BD, may make written request to the City Purchasing Manager for interpretation or correction of any ambiguity, inconsistency or error discovered. All written requests shall be submitted no later than 10 calendar days prior to the bid receipt deadline.
