Site work and paving for a civil project in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and bridge / tunnel.
The work under this contract shall consist of pulverizing existing pavement, grading, replacement of culverts, and providing HMA pavement and all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the plans and included in the proposal and contract. This permit letter provides MOU coverage for the 2026 Eau Claire County Highway Department's upcoming proposed projects. Please note, all proposed projects are combined into this letter for coverage. The projects covered under this permit are: 1. CTH EE (Crescent Avenue - CTH E) Pavement Replacement 2. CTH Q (Birch Street - Seymour Road) Hot in-place / Micro surfacing 3. CTH A (USH 12 - CTH KB) Hot in-place / Micro surfacing 4. CTH T (W Vine Street- CTH CC) Hot in-place / Micro surfacing 5. CTH D (Starling Road - E Elm Road) Pavement Replacement 6. CTH T (Alpine Road) Pavement Replacement 7. CTH U- 54" x 60' Culvert (in addition to existing 72" pipe) 8. CTH WW (Buffalo County Line - CTH W) 2-inch overlay 9. CTH R Culvert Replacement (90' N of Sell Road Intersection)
