Sealed proposals or bids are requested for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and performing all services required for the construction of the Merrill Avenue Improvements - County 22nd Street to Los Oros Street Phase 2 and work incidental thereto. Each bid must be submitted through the Procurement Portal and accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of ten percent of the total amount of the bid. Statements of Qualification from qualified firms are also requested for the same project and must be submitted via the Procurement Portal. The proposed work is located within the limits of the City of San Luis, Arizona. The work consists of, but is not limited to installation of 382 linear feet of 12" diameter storm drain and manholes, sanitary sewer manhole repairs, and approximately 7,913 square yards of pavement replacement of Merrill Avenue between County 22nd Street and Nancy Street, replacement of concrete vertical curb and gutter, sidewalk, and cross gutter. The project also includes adjusting existing water valves and sewer manholes with new frames and covers to finished grade and other work incidental to the project as specified in the Contract Document and Project Plans. The project shall be complete and in place within 120 calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed. All questions must be submitted through the Procurement Portal no later than 6:00 pm on Wednesday, March 25, 2026. The proposed work is located within the limits of the City of San Luis, Arizona. The work consists of, but is not limited to installation of new water gate valves, waterline tie-ins, existing waterline lowerings, and installation of about 4,200 LF of combined 12", 8" and 6" diameter watermain and water services stubout laterals across or parallel to Cesar Chavez Blvd. The project also includes miscellaneous asphalt and concrete removal and replacement, and adjustment of existing water valves frames and covers to finished grade and other work incidental to the project as specified in the Contract Document and Project Plans.
