The City of Gautier is seeking written proposal packages from qualified firms to provide Pre-Disaster Debris Monitoring Services. The contract is non-exclusive and will be activated at the City's discretion in the event of a disaster. The requested services include monitoring disaster-related debris of all kinds from public rights of way within incorporated areas, City property, waterways, and, if approved, private property. The scope may also include Private Right of Way Access or Right of Entry if authorized by the City, State, or FEMA. Evaluation of proposals will be based on pricing, capacity for performance, qualifications, experience, and references. Instructions to bidders: Submit one original color paper RFP package and six copies, each including all required documents and supplemental information. Packages must be sealed, clearly marked, and delivered or mailed to the specified address by 5:00 p.m. on the due date. No electronic or facsimile responses will be accepted. Each page and attachment of the response must be identified with the respondent's name. Late responses will be rejected and returned unopened. The City encourages minority and women-owned businesses to submit proposals. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informality in the accepted proposal.
