Site work for a civil project in University, Mississippi. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Sealed bids are invited for the University of Mississippi North Sewer Lift Station and Force Main Improvements. The work to be performed under this Contract shall consist of furnishing all labor, tools, equipment and materials and performing all work necessary for the complete construction of all facilities depicted by the Contract Drawings and specified herein and all items of work appurtenant thereto. Bids must be prepared in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders found in the project manual. All bids are to be submitted on forms provided by the architect and must include a bid bond or certified check for at least five percent (5%) of the base bid amount, payable to the University of Mississippi. The exterior of the bid envelope must display the Contractor's current Certificate of Responsibility Number and License Number, unless the bid is less than or did not exceed $50,000.00, in which case a statement to that effect should be present.
