PURPOSE AND BACKGROUND ICFD seeks a Phase 1 A/V system upgrade for its EOC to support daily operations and incident response. The solution will deliver: A single 98" interactive 4K touch display on a motorized vertical lift mount (26" travel) as the primary front-of-room display. AV-over-IP matrix for flexible input routing. Wireless presentation (AirPlay, Miracast) for up to two sources. Video conferencing with a 4K PTZ camera (12x optical) and ceiling microphone array. Room audio processed via DSP, amplified to six ceiling speakers. 12" wall-mounted touch panel providing simplified control (power, source routing, camera presets, tuners, and volume).
