The City of East Palo Alto is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to provide on-call, as-needed tree maintenance services, as well as emergency tree maintenance services. Services may include tree pruning, tree cutting, complete tree removal, and stump grinding. These services shall be provided at the request of the City’s Maintenance Division Manager. The selected contractor will be invited to enter into a contract with the City based on their submitted proposal. Contractors should factor any fuel cost variability into their proposed pricing. Each proposal must include a cost proposal, contractor’s qualifications, reputation, and references, as well as the full name and title of the contractor’s primary contact, mailing address, telephone number, fax (if applicable), email, and a signed acknowledgment of any addenda issued after the Request for Proposals release.
