Fire alarm upgrades including, but not limited to, providing new individual fire alarm control panel for the campus, patching, and painting any surfaces damaged as a result of fire alarm work. New fire alarm control panel provided shall be in new Gamewell FCI E3-INCC fire alarm control panel. Contractor to provide a 24-Hour Notice for the fire alarm shutdown. Contractor to provide fire watch. Additional fees will be borne by the contractor if the fire alarm is dispatched. Contractor to ensure that the new Gamewell System is installed by a local Gamewell Certified Installer. Contractor to ensure the new Gamewell system is operational before the demolition of the old fire alarm system. Contractor is responsible to complete asbestos and lead abatement for all areas impacted during construction. Contractor to provide all demolition, site construction, fencing, utilities, and any underground systems in area of new trenching if needed.
